Mode of Operation
The operation is simple. Connect the charging cable to the charging plug available in the pouch. Switch on and allow the gel bag to heat for 5-10 mins. Make sure not to overheat. A 5-7 min charging is enough to remain heated for 2-4 hours. You can simply use the heated pouch or bag on the painful areas.
